Module 1 - All about Tapping: This module aims to give you a concise overview of tapping. You will learn what tapping is, the research, the benefits, how to tap, the tapping points plus other tapping tips.
Module 2 - Opening up a session: This module includes the three tenants for working with me that you can also use with clients, along with a script to use when opening up your sacred soul session for yourself or others. You can make this your own or use this one. ​
Module 3 - Compassionate Witnessing: Here we talk about what Compassionate Witnessing is and how you can apply this powerful tool for both yourself and your client sessions.
Module 4: Inner Child Meditation: This meditation is a beautiful sacred portal to use for yourself, or to make your own and use with your clients. Find a comfortable place where you will not be disturbed and listen to the Inner Child Meditation. Have your journal handy, and note what comes up for you as you listen to this. What suprised you? What did your inner child want to say to you? How did did she feel? What wisdom did she have to share?
Module 5: Inner child Script: This is the Inner child meditation script that you can download. When you are ready you can take someone through this process using this script as a guide. 
Module 6: Compassionate Heart Holds and Third Person Witnessing. Compassionate heart holds and third person witnessing are an incredibly powerful tool to ensure that your inner child feels safe as you finish off the meditation. 
Module 7 - Soul Detective Work - Video This short video is a potent way to look for the energetic signature of what is coming up for you or your client and to be able to clearly witness these feelings. 
Module 8 - Soul Detective Worksheet This worksheet is helpful for yourself or your client to have a way of getting to the core energetic signature of what is arising in the experience. 
Module 9 Energy Tools Video: Here we have a few of the key energy tools that I use in the Intuitive Tapping Process for you to have on hand. These are so powerful and I really recommend that you watch this video, and begin to try these out.
